• What services are provided by iPayBill?

iPayBill provides VISA/MasterCard/JCB credit card & debit card processing services over almost all the countries in the world; We are currently expanding our payment interchange and will accept more cards in the near future.

• What are my requirements to open a merchant account with iPayBill?

Contact our Merchant Services Team or Sales ,they will work with you along the way for the required records from you to accomplishments of forms to facilitate your application.

• How long does it takes to get approved?

It takes 24-48 hours. Set up and Launch will be immediate upon approval.

• What happens after my application is approved?

Once your application gets approved we will provide you the credentials to our merchant's system and send you our API integration documents. It's a simple, hassle-free and Plug&Play system to accept online payment processing.

• Will the customers be redirected to another website?

Yes. In hosted payment page model,it will be redirected to our secure payment page when the customer placing orders to ensure that their payment details (card, name, address, etc) are kept secure and confidential.

• When will I get paid for credit card transactions?

It depends on the terms signed in the contract,normally we'll start with a standard process to payout then short the settlement period gradually.

• How will I get paid for credit card transactions?

Our Settlement Team will wire your payments to your bank account and our Merchant Services Team will confirm this by sending you the bank slip together with a detailed report of the transactions covered by the payout.

• Does iPayBill offer technical support?

Yes, we offer FREE technical support during the integration phase and beyond.

• Will I receive regular confirmation of payments from iPayBill?

Definitely. Our friendly Merchant Services Team will be keeping updating you.

• How do I issue refunds?

We will give you access to our iPayBill merchant backoffice where you could monitor your transactions and do the necessary refunds.

• Can I have multiple users for my iPayBill account?

Definitely. You can add sub-users to your account and even customize the access that each user can have.

• Is there a limit to transactions?

We do not limit the transaction volume. However, we set a limit on the per transaction amount and payment times. In the event that you would need to increase your limit, our merchant services would be available to take your request.

• Do you have any special programs or development programs for new users of your service?

Our service is not standalone software that will reside on your system. We will be able to process your payments by integration through our API. As for new users, our processing is simple and it addresses both technical users and new users.

• Do you accept all currencies?

Yes,we're able to accept payments by all currencies. For settlement,we are able to settle in main-stream currencies.
